Georgian churchkhela

For Christmas and New Year we offer our clients a real Georgian churchkhela, which is specially made for the Canadian consumer in the homeland of grapes in Kakheti.

Сhurchkhela is a traditional Georgian snack. It is mostly homemade candy, which is made with grape must, walnuts and flour. It is a string of walnuts that have been dipped in grape juice called Tatara or Pelamushi (grape juice thickened with flour) and dried in the sun. No sugar is added to make real Churchkhela.
